Manage your CardPaix account and personal data
Delete Your Account
You can delete your CardPaix account directly from the mobile app. Follow these simple steps:
Open the App
Launch the CardPaix application on your device
Go to Profile
Navigate to your Profile page from the main menu
Account Settings
Tap on "Account Settings" or "Manage Account"
Delete Account
Select "Delete Account" option and confirm your decision
⚠️ Warning
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including:
- Account information (email, phone number, name)
- Transaction history and records
- Uploaded gift card images
- Chat messages and conversations
- Account preferences and settings
will be permanently deleted from our servers.

What Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, we will permanently remove:
- Your personal information (email, phone number, name)
- All transaction records and history
- Uploaded gift card images
- Chat history and messages
- Account preferences and settings
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes for up to 90 days after deletion, including:
- Transaction logs (for fraud prevention)
- Financial records (for tax and regulatory purposes)
After this 90-day period, all data will be permanently and irrecoverably removed from our systems.
